How can I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method in your account settings under the "Billing" section. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy for annual subscriptions and 3-day for monthly subscriptions. Contact billing@pingview.app for refund requests.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged immediately when subscribing and then automatically on your renewal date. We'll send email reminders before each billing cycle.
Technical Support
How often are my websites checked?
Free plans check every 5 minutes, paid plans start at 1-minute intervals. You can adjust check frequency in your monitor settings.
What notification methods are available?
We support email notifications (all plans), SMS alerts, Slack integration, webhook notifications, and Discord alerts (paid plans).
Can I monitor password-protected pages?
Yes! You can monitor pages with HTTP authentication, custom headers, and specific keywords or status codes.
Account Management
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I export my monitoring data?
Yes! You can export your monitoring data and reports in CSV format from your dashboard analytics section.
