Is there a trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional are free to try for 30 days. You do not need a card to start.
How do you count sites, Synthetic tests and Visual Checks?
One active site check takes one slot. One active Synthetic scenario also takes one slot. Visual Checks have their own monthly allowance and do not take an extra slot.
Why are slots and monthly allowances separate?
Slots say how many checks run concurrently. Monthly allowances cover the heavier operations, meaning Synthetic runs and Visual Checks. That keeps the bill predictable and free of hidden multipliers.
Can I change plan mid-cycle?
Yes. You can move up or down at any time. The change takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference against the period you have used.
What happens if I go over a limit?
We warn you before you reach it. You can then move up a plan or pause some services. We do not switch monitoring off without notice.
How can I pay?
We take payment cards and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Can terms be negotiated?
Yes. On Enterprise we agree limits, integrations, SLA terms and billing arrangements around a specific deployment.
