Terms of Service

Rules for using PingView and subscription/billing terms.

This is an English convenience translation. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version is binding.

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of PingView, operated by Marcin Szymański IT Consulting (Jednoosobowa dzialalnosc gospodarcza), address: Wrocław, ul. Sołtysowicka, nr 32B, lok. 14, 51-168, Polska.

2. Service Scope

  • monitoring dostepnosci serwisow WWW, API, DNS, SSL, portow i domen
  • monitoring syntetyczny i raportowanie zdarzen
  • powiadomienia o incydentach (e-mail/SMS/webhook/integracje)
  • status pages oraz analityka dostepnosci

3. Account and Access

  • You must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for account credentials and account activity.
  • We may suspend access in case of abuse or security threats.

4. Pricing and Billing

  • Pricing is available at /pricing and may change over time.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
  • Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled.

5. Consumer Rights and Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, your rights under applicable consumer law apply, including withdrawal rights where relevant for digital services.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to support@pingview.app.

We will respond without undue delay, no later than within 14 days.

7. Liability

The service is provided with due care and technical best effort. Liability limitations do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

8. Privacy

Data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
