Comparison

PingView vs Site24x7

Site24x7 is a full IT monitoring suite: websites, servers, network, cloud, APM and logs, sold across separate plan families. This page is about what you get, and give up, choosing the smaller Polish specialist instead.

The short answer

Choose PingView when

You need website and shop availability, checkout tests and a white-label status page under one price, not four separate subscriptions. The WordPress, PrestaShop and Magento plugins create the monitor from the shop admin, invoicing is in PLN from a Polish entity, and the interface is in Polish.

Choose Site24x7 when

You need servers, network, cloud and application performance monitoring alongside websites, in one platform, and you are fine navigating separate Website and Infrastructure plan families plus a separate status page product. It also plugs natively into PagerDuty, Opsgenie and ServiceNow, and runs a dedicated MSP program for agencies managing many clients.

Where PingView is genuinely ahead

One price for the whole stack, not four subscriptions

Uptime, status page white-labelling, alerts and SMS all sit inside one PingView plan and one bill. Site24x7 splits Website Monitoring and Infrastructure Monitoring into separate plan families, sells its status page (StatusIQ) as its own product, and prices its MSP tier separately again. Four bills instead of one is a real cost of ownership, even before add-ons.

No shopping cart of add-ons

Beyond the plan's included quota, Site24x7 charges separately for extra basic monitors, host monitors, advanced monitors, log volume, RUM page views and synthetic runs, at rates that were not published with a clear per-plan breakdown in this research. PingView's plan limits are the ceiling you signed up for, not the starting price before extras.

E-commerce plugins that provision the monitor for you

The WordPress plugin, published on wordpress.org, plus the PrestaShop and Magento 2 modules create an account and a monitor from an email address, then show status and incidents inside the shop admin. We found no comparable e-commerce integration in Site24x7's documentation.

Built for Polish invoicing

Polish interface, prices in PLN and USD, a Polish legal entity for RODO and DPA, and a Polish SMS provider for alerts to Polish numbers. Site24x7 lists 10+ languages without Polish among them, and bills in USD, EUR, GBP, INR or AUD, not PLN.

Where Site24x7 beats us

We would rather you read this here than discover it after signing up.

It monitors servers, network, cloud and applications. We monitor websites.

Site24x7 has native, fully built modules for server monitoring (agent-based), network (SNMP), cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), application performance (APM) and log management. PingView has four monitor types: HTTP, TCP, ICMP ping and heartbeat. If a client needs their server fleet or application traces watched, we simply do not do that.

Native PagerDuty, Opsgenie and ServiceNow. We have neither.

Site24x7 integrates natively with PagerDuty, Opsgenie, ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk, ConnectWise, ilert and several more ITSM tools, with confirmed native escalation rules. PingView has no escalation policies, no on-call scheduling, and no path into any of these tools beyond a generic webhook.

A dedicated MSP program. We target agencies without one.

Site24x7 sells MSP and MSP Enterprise plans built around managing multiple client accounts from a single console. PingView is aimed at the same agencies but has no equivalent multi-client program today.

A cheaper entry price

Their entry plan is $10/mo, about 37 PLN, against our 99 PLN Starter, and they also run a perpetual free plan, though the exact free monitor limit is disputed between sources. If budget is the only constraint, that gap is real.

A larger advertised fleet, even accounting for the plan cap

Site24x7 advertises 130 monitoring locations globally. Even after allowing for the same advertised fleet versus plan ceiling gap we describe above, their absolute pool of hosting partners is an order of magnitude bigger than our 5 fixed probes in Europe and the US.

A faster interval on their top plan

Enterprise Plus Web reaches a 30 second check interval against our 1 minute floor. It is their most expensive Website plan, and their cheaper tiers run 1 minute like ours, but at the top end they are faster.

Pick Site24x7 if this is you

You need servers, network, cloud and application performance monitoring together with websites in one platform, you already run PagerDuty or Opsgenie and want native on-call integration, or you are an MSP managing many client accounts and want a purpose built plan for that. Site24x7 covers all of this today; PingView does not, and we would rather say so here than have you find out later.

Questions people actually ask

Does PingView monitor servers, networks or cloud infrastructure like Site24x7?

No. PingView has four monitor types: HTTP, TCP, ICMP ping and heartbeat. Site24x7 has native, fully built modules for servers, network (SNMP), cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), application performance (APM) and logs. If you need those layers watched, Site24x7 covers ground we do not.

Is Site24x7's status page included in the price of monitoring?

Not fully. A free status page with a custom domain comes with monitoring, but white-label features such as custom CSS and SAML require a separate StatusIQ subscription, from $59/mo on the Blue plan. PingView includes white-label status pages from Professional in the same subscription as monitoring.

How many locations does Site24x7 actually let me use on the plan I would buy?

Site24x7 advertises 130 geographic locations, but individual plans cap simultaneous use well below that: 8 on Web Perf, 16 on Enterprise Plus Web, 32 on Web Uptime. It is the same distinction between advertised fleet and plan ceiling that PingView had to be honest about in its own pricing; the difference is that Site24x7's absolute fleet, even capped, is still larger than PingView's 5 total probes.

Does Site24x7 integrate with PagerDuty or Opsgenie?

Yes, natively, along with ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk, ConnectWise, ilert and several other ITSM tools, with confirmed native escalation rules. PingView has no on-call scheduling or escalation policies and no integration with any of these platforms.

Is Site24x7's free plan enough for one shop?

It is a perpetual free plan, not a trial, with email alerts, but sources disagree on the monitor limit, either 5 or 50, and this was not confirmed on the current signup page. It also does not include APM, RUM, logs, network or cloud monitoring, which sit in higher tiers or the separate Infrastructure plan family.

Does Site24x7 have a Polish interface and PLN invoicing?

Not found in this research. Site24x7 lists 10+ supported languages including Chinese, French, Italian, Dutch, Korean and Thai, without Polish among them, and bills in USD, EUR, GBP, INR or AUD. PingView bills in PLN and USD from a Polish entity and issues a downloadable VAT invoice.

How we compared

Every claim about Site24x7 comes from their public pricing page, documentation and help centre, collected on 2026-08-15 and linked below. Every claim about PingView is checked against our own source code rather than our marketing copy, which is why some rows show limits our own landing pages used to overstate. Where a fact could not be confirmed from a primary source, we leave it out instead of guessing.

Disclosure: PingView publishes this page and PingView is one of the two products compared. We have an obvious interest in the outcome, so we list where the other tool is the better choice and link their pricing page so you can check the numbers yourself.
