The WordPress, PrestaShop and Magento plugins create the monitor from the shop admin, everything from uptime to Playwright tests to RUM sits in one plan and one bill, and invoicing is in PLN from a Polish entity with a Polish language interface.
You need probes outside Europe and the US, especially Asia-Pacific or Latin America, or your organisation requires SAML SSO, or you already run PagerDuty for on-call and want a monitoring tool that plugs straight into it. Pingdom has all three today, and a track record going back to 2007 under SolarWinds.

The WordPress plugin, published on wordpress.org, plus the PrestaShop and Magento 2 modules create an account and a monitor from an email address, then show current status and recent incidents inside the shop admin. We found no equivalent for Pingdom, only generic no-code connectors like Appy Pie or Workato that link to Shopify without a dedicated screen in the store.
Polish interface, prices in PLN and USD, a Polish legal entity for RODO and DPA, and a Polish SMS provider for alerts to Polish numbers. Pingdom's site and product are English only, and the company behind it, SolarWinds Worldwide LLC, is a US entity with no Poland-specific privacy or invoicing page that we could find.
Uptime checks, Playwright tests, visual regression and RUM all live inside one PingView plan and one bill. On pingdom.com, Synthetic Monitoring and RUM are sold as two separate products, each with its own pricing tiers, described on their own pricing page as mix and match.
PingView's monitor limit is one linear number per plan. On Pingdom, getting 50 advanced checks (page speed or transaction) for 50 pages requires buying the tier with 500 uptime checks, which means 450 uptime slots you did not ask for.

PingView has 5 fixed probes, all in Europe and the United States, with zero coverage in Asia, Oceania, South America, Africa or the Middle East. If your customers are in Singapore or Sao Paulo, we cannot tell you what your site looks like from there.
SAML 2.0 single sign-on is confirmed in SolarWinds documentation for Pingdom, though without SCIM provisioning. PingView has no SSO implementation at all, in any plan.
Pingdom integrates with PagerDuty for two way alerts, escalation policies and on-call schedules. PingView has no native on-call feature and no integration that provides one, not even indirectly.
Pingdom checks DNS records, UDP ports and email servers over SMTP, POP3 and IMAP. PingView has four working monitor types; DNS record monitoring is a plan flag with no implementation behind it, and UDP is an unused value in the monitor type list.
Pingdom has operated since 2007, was acquired by SolarWinds in 2014, and reports a historical user base over 850,000, with recognisable past customers such as Spotify. PingView is a much younger, smaller product without that track record.
