Twilio outage on 2026-08-16: Service Disruption: Inbound Voice Calls to France Numbers and Frankfurt Interconnect

We continue to monitor the issue related to elevated errors impacting Interconnect in the Frankfurt Edge. While investigating the current impact, we noticed that a subset of France numbers is affected. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
