Twilio outage on 2026-08-28: Message Logs Performance Issues

We have started seeing recovery for Message Logs. From 11:07 AM PDT on Tuesday, 8/25/26, customers may have experienced slower load times when viewing Message Logs. Latencies have returned to normal. However, small subsets of traffic may see a reoccurrence of elevated latency. We are continuing to monitor this issue, and we will provide another update in 24 hours or as more information becomes available.
